Thank you to the male pharmacist who helped me and also one of the girls I wish I knew their names but the male pharmacist especially was so calm and helpful with helping me try to get my prescription thank you again for being patient and so kind !!
Pharmacist hung up on me three times in a row then answered and put me on hold. Will be sending my patients scripts elsewhere.
I’ve used this pharmacy for 10+ years. There is one female pharmacist in particular who always gives me issues. The male pharmacist is fine. I will call in my prescriptions ahead of time (2+ days), yet more than 5 times that the medicine I’m trying to pick up isnt there. MY life sustaining medicine isnt available when it’s needed, regardless of me doing what’s needed on my end.
