This location has given up on enforcing state and city mask mandates. Multiple customers are entering without masks and security says nothing. If Stop & Shop refuses to take safety seriously, then I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Everytime everywhere that I go to the stop and shop on Grand Ave in queens,Annette at check,the meat dept. are very very unprofessional. The staff at this location seem very miserable.I do with two other people and they notice the same thing.I get treated horribly.They all have nasty attitudes and it gives me such anxiety.All I want to do is food shop.Annette has always been nasty to me everytime I go to this store and when I complain to management no one cares.I do not undetstand.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Took extra time to try different coupons to assure I got the best price. HIGHLY recommend. (Plus easy transfer of prescriptions.) Thank you!
