Horrible customer service. They are lazy and rude.. they expect you the do their job and call around to different pharmacies to see if a medication is available because they seem to always be out of stock of absolutely everything. They also ask YOU to call the doctor back and ask to send a different dose over when I explained that there is a PHARMACY option to bypass the long hold times that I can not press because I am not a pharmacist. I needed 3 pills while on vacation and was told it would take 4 hours. I told them my medication was time sensitive and the technician on the phone didn't care. The lack of motivation to assist patients is almost impressive.

Absolutely horrible. The customer service has gone down hill tremendously within the last year. I always place my refills for my medicine DAYS in advance from when I need it. my refills have never been ready on time even after the fact, and when I call to check if my prescriptions are ready the day of the confirmation text, I have been consistently told that they don’t know when they’ll get my items in stock. and when I call to ask in regards to it as they tell me to do, hours later, I consistently get an attitude with the s... read more
