Very , Very bad customer service today 10/24 at 4:14 pm the lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice not only that they wasn’t answering the phones today. Last week a woman stood there looking at me as I’m waiting in line I waited a bit and I then said excuse me hello she said oh I thought you heard me. Lol do I look stupid I don’t think so. You don’t like your job find another one. I will be reaching out to management very said rite aid closed down. Need a new pharmacy in the area
Ok, took my daughters prescription
Was in line for quite a long time women at customer service asked me not to stand in front of her window , I never heard such a thing especially after women before me was standing in the same spot and customer after. I left with out buying Mega million tickets seems to me like a case of discrimination
