Stop & Shop has been our family pharmacy for the past six years. The location is so convenient — truly a one-stop shop. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Lead Pharmacist said she called and my phone went to voicemail. I have no missed calls. She also said she didn’t leave a voicemail. If you are trying to reach someone about a medication question why aren’t you leaving a message? I think the entire staff needs a retraining or rehire. If this is the behavior of the lead pharmacist what does she let the rest get away with…. I will be switching pharmacies. Stop and shop Norwich pharmacy has turned into Walgreens.
