Met the most condescending guy I’ve ever seen in stop and shop. Very passive aggressive, annoyed, and was even tossing my shit around. Which sucks because I like shopping here, especially when I need a few quick items. But I’m definitely never going to this one. I’d rather take the 15 extra minutes to drive to the other Stop and Shop, or the cheaper grocery store Market Basket that’s 10/15 minutes away. Really bad costumer service and bad attitude. The cashier and baggers never come back this store....👎👎👎
On July 16, Luan was checking out my family, did not greet or anything and already presenting bad customer service. The bagger on that register was roughly bagging stuff and throwing the grocery’s into the cart without care. The bagger was also demanding, not asking politely at all, but demanding a 10 year old child to load heavy stuff onto the cart as if it’s his job.
