I had an awesome experience at the stop and store storage. Everything was neat and clean. Well taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about my belongings getting messed up nice air condition. The guy behind the counter. I forgot his name, but he was very professional very nice and outstanding customer service. 😀👍🏼
I use the stop and store storage for about a 😀year and a half never had any problems. It was always clean nice air condition. All my things were kept in the storage as I put it in there. If I have to use storage again, I would definitely come back and I would definitely spread the word that is an awesome storage place to keep your belongings. I don’t remember the man’s name working at the counter, but he was very knowledgeable and very helpful and professional and nice 👍🏼
I had a great experience at Stop N Stor on Montgomery X-Roads location. The sales representative Jason was very pleasant, showed great customer service skills, was very thorough with explaining and showing me around. Fantastic experience. We needed a couple months of storage to things during a local move, and this was a perfect option. Location fit our needs, price was excellent, and they are very responsive. Closed out the contract over the phone with no hassle at all. If we need a storage unit again in this area, we'll definitely use them. Very reasonable for climate controlled storage. Highly recommended.
The store manager has provided outstanding customer service. He does the little things, that are lost on most managers . He’s customer focused and genuinely cares about his customers and does it because it’s who he is. His service skills are outstanding. I just happened to stop by today and his Regional manager was there, learned both of them had been with the company over 10 tears each. StopnStor has a great culture and is shown by these two men. Thank you to StopnStor and my store manager.
