Super fast and nice, convenient service. Reasonable prices and family run - not a giant chain that doesn't care about you. Interesting model where they pick you up and drop you off in the same car you are renting so your luggage is already in the car. Highly recommend!
After the last three bad experiences of renting cars at John Wayne Airport (Multiple hours waiting, long lines, and waiting for cars to be delivered from other locations) I decided to try a rental yard off the airport property. From the time I called for the free shuttle to the time I was driving off the businesses property was less then 30 minutes. It really might have been close to 20 minutes. Turning in the car and getting a shuttle to the airport was even more efficient. Super smooth operation.

The best rental car experience! I usually rent a car at LAX — what a hassle with shuttles and long lines that take hours. This time, I took an Uber to Irvine and rented a car here — it took only 5 minutes! Ben was super kind, offered me a free ride when I was late for my flight, and didn’t even charge for the extra gas service fee. No hidden charges!! Highly recommend!
