The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the customer service team was responsive and easy to work with throughout the rental process. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and fairly priced, making for a stress-free experience. From pickup to drop-off, everything was smooth, efficient, and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this rental company and would gladly use their services again!

I almost never write reviews, Stop & Go will be the exception. My family & I arrived at JW airport just to be told by Hertz/Dollar that there were no more vehicles (apparently this happens a lot ). No compassion & no assistance to help find another rental place. My husband walked into a neighboring agency the young man told us there were no more cars for him either but a quick phone call got us connected to Stop & Go.
