Dodgy. These guys bought my stolen phone for $35. It was locked and had a notice to return it, as well as several messages and missed calls from friends. I tracked it via find my friends to the shop. Instead of returning or giving it to the extremely close police precinct, they unlocked and wiped the phone, putting it up for sale for $395. I pretended I was buying a phone and confronted them when I confirmed it was my phone via the IMEI. They freaked out and told me not to tell the cops. The dude behind the counter was shouting the entire time and offered no pleasant experience for buying my phone. Not sure how long this place has been here, but it won’t last longer! These people were dishonest with a price quotation for buying an out of box iphone 14 pro max - they also said my battery capacity was low at 81% upon inspection (it’s clearly 100% in settings) and quoted me a measly $200 despite EcoATM offering $350. Stay away from this place if you don’t wanna get lowballed

I go to this place everytime I need something or my phone needs to get fixed the customer service is great and the time it takes them to do it is quick and easy

Hi everyone! If you're reading this, I recommend this place! I'm not one to compare things, but I went to "U break I fix" on Delancey, they told me $150-$200 to fix my Revvl 6 screen. My phone costs $150, for all that I might as well buy a new phone right 😂. Well Stop & Fix was on my list next to check the price, $80 bucks!! Oh and the other store told me the screen will take a week to come, Stop & Fix told me "it will be here tomorrow". And it was 😁. Exceptionally courteous and highly professional individuals at Stop N Fix. I entrusted them with my iPhone 11, requiring a repair for the back glass.
