Worst tow ever yesterday and I have a video over 20 minutes long on 295 of the driver doing 85-90 miles a hour with my vehicle on the flat bed weaving in and out of traffic at that speed.
This place isn’t even open. Google shows that they’re open, so I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for an inspection. Whoever answered the phone said to come in today. I drove to the address that is shown on google and the building is under construction and closed down. Nobody was there. I tried calling the same number again to find out if maybe they have another location, but nobody would answer.
Watched one of their trucks drive recklessly down 95, repeatedly cutting people off. Completely disrespectful and dangerous. Bad look when you are advertising a company on your truck.
Service and prices are great! George is very helpful and always does good work on my car.
The had by far the worst experience you could imagine with this towing company. Whoever is the older gentleman who was the tow truck driver who worked on 11.10.24 was rude, threatening and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place and AAA should be ashamed of themselves for working with them.
