I opened a new storage unit today and had a great experience. Tiffanyann and Monique provided excellent customer service and made the process smooth and easy. The pricing for the storage units was also very reasonable. I really appreciate their help!
Rented a storage unit sTOP & STOR self storage at 1632 Richmond Terrace and received excellent service from Luigi. Reviewed everything with us gave us a tour of the location and we were able to make a good decision based on his advice and guidance. Very happy and would highly recommend
Just rented a storage unit here and had a great experience from start to finish. Tiffany was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The gentleman who also assisted me was very helpful and professional as well, even though I didn’t catch his name. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Customer service is truly top-notch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and professional storage facility!
