The facility is super clean and lit up brightly. Customer service reps Luigi and Tiffany were amazing! explained the whole rental process perfectly. I had checked out other storage facilities before committing and out all the other locations I really enjoyed the customer service.
Highly recommended Tiffany amazing young lady very patient very understanding, accommodating took the time to explaining rules and regulations the dues and the downs Most of I loved the fact that she has so much knowledge and anyone when explaining the pieces of the furniture that I had of what size was recommended for me to be able to store my belongings I highly recommend her sweetest pie come and check out Tiffany you won’t regret it. Tiffany and Janice were such a great help! I had my unit for over a year and I had no issues at all. Even when I locked myself out of my unit 😂Everyone was very responsive and handled it quickly. I was able to get in and out of my unit as needed. Highly recommend!
Went to check out this Stop and Stor as a possible storage facility. This location is absolutely beautiful. I was given a tour by Rob, who happens to be the maintenance guy. He was very pleasant. As we walked around what really stands out is how clean everything is and how well lit the place is. Their customer service rep, Tiffany Ann is a gem. She answered all of my questions thoroughly with a smile. Overall, it seems like a well run facility. The staff I met were wonderful. Seems like a good place to park my stuff.
This is my second visit to Richmond Terrace, and each time I dealt with Luigi. Today, I was fortunate to also meet Tiffany. Luigi is the consummate professional. He takes time to explain each step of the process, and tries to ensure that product meets the customer's needs. They are both assets to the company.
