Rented a storage unit sTOP & STOR self storage at 1632 Richmond Terrace and received excellent service from Luigi. Reviewed everything with us gave us a tour of the location and we were able to make a good decision based on his advice and guidance. Very happy and would highly recommend
The front desk person was very pleasant and very informative about the prices and the sizes. The building is very clean and it smells clean. Tiffany was very nice and good with everything we needed to know.
Cris was our customer rep and he did an amazing job of explaining the cost breakdown, the operation of the facility and making sure we followed the rules. Hands down he is the best rep in this facility. The lady that works there is rude and so aggressive when she speaks to her peers. Cris was communicating with us about the new rental we were signing and she came by and just jumped into the conversation aggressively and made him so uncomfortable, and had us irritated. Tiffany Ann was incredibly helpful and very patient. She was also very informative and made sure we were able to access our unit. Kim was also incredibly helpful and informative. She guided us on how to get to our storage and fill it.
Storage Post has approved 100% since I started coming here. Anna is helpful, quick and responsive. The team is applauded for their courteous efforts! Storage Post or just throw it out!!!!
