Just rented a storage unit here and had a great experience from start to finish. Tiffany was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The gentleman who also assisted me was very helpful and professional as well, even though I didn’t catch his name. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Customer service is truly top-notch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and professional storage facility!
Went to check out this Stop and Stor as a possible storage facility. This location is absolutely beautiful. I was given a tour by Rob, who happens to be the maintenance guy. He was very pleasant. As we walked around what really stands out is how clean everything is and how well lit the place is. Their customer service rep, Tiffany Ann is a gem. She answered all of my questions thoroughly with a smile. Overall, it seems like a well run facility. The staff I met were wonderful. Seems like a good place to park my stuff.
The facility is super clean and lit up brightly. Customer service reps Luigi and Tiffany were amazing! explained the whole rental process perfectly. I had checked out other storage facilities before committing and out all the other locations I really enjoyed the customer service.
I can honestly say with hands down this storage is 💣 BOMB! Like going to chill because you get that good vibe once walking in. Thank you very much Tiffany! You are a gem 💎 that many in your position hate to do. You are very much informative in what you do and you make it pleasant and charming.
