Heneicka was very helpful
they lied and said they were 24 hour access but that’s not true. they used to close at 8 PM every day and now they close at 8 PM once a week and far earlier every other day. they also don’t email you and remind you that your payment is due, but they will email you and let you know that you owe them a late fee if it’s not paid on time. they are a corporation so use them for what they’re good for and move on with your life.
I rented yesterday and Heneicka was amazing, she explained everything and she made the process very easy
