We use the Lafayette Stoops quite often. Madison at the front counter is always pleasant and helpful. She keeps me up to date on the progress they are making. Caleb is easy to work with and keeps me informed of their progress as well as any other issues that arise. Every single person at Stoops has been a great help and enjoyable to do business with.
After taking all day, they never came to tell me truck was done. Came down to check and was advised they sent an email an hour ago to our maintenance Dept which was closed. I was thinking n their lounge if they uad told me it was eone i could have gotten the PO to pay instead of sitting for an extra hour. Glad i checked on it. they also didnt put anything back inside my truck
Currently here and going on 3 days. This place feels real shady. I came for regen issues. The regen issue got fixed but was never notified that it was fixed. I went to check and they tell me they’re working on something else. I then went to get an update and they tell me it’s just a bracket they need to put on and they will be done. Now they’re telling me they’re fixing something else. Because I’m a company driver they keep sending whatever they can come up with to my company to get approved for them to fix. I will give 000000 start if I could they charge $2000 for nothing bring truck to fix AC from apu but their technician seems to know nothing my advice is stay away from this place unless you want to go broke
