It’s Saturday March 22nd. Gentlemen put me on hold for 40 minutes… They don’t care for their customers..
They take hours and hours to diagnose a problem which they couldn’t solve and then just decide to replace a whole unit at the end. Charged me $10k in total. I’m in the brink of loosing my buissness especially in this economy.
Spent the night at the shop and half day on the next day they don’t fixed my truck they plugged in the computer all time and charge me just for nothing have to drive out with same problem they money collectors
WARNING!! Stay away from this place! I bought a part from them and after a couple of days I decided to return it because I found out that it was much cheaper in different places. When I returned the item back to them they refunded me $40 less than I paid. When I asked why they told me because the item was brought to me. $40 to bring the item to the buyer!!!
