This is such a welcoming place, very clean and organized, there’s white sound machines inside and outside of offices to create privacy which is very nice. Easy to park and come in, and very flexible therapists that work with you to create times so it’s open late as well.
StonyCreek's owner, Laura, is committed to hiring only professionals capable of providing quality therapy and other mental health care treatment such as EMDR and now TMS. She does everything possible to support her staff and create a welcoming, therapeutic environment for clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
The providers at StonyCreek are great and the services that they offer are innovative and helpful. I appreciate the very trauma informed approach. I get the sense that they are sensitive to the wellness needs of the community and work to fill that gap. Thumbs up!
I have been seeing Helen Birk for a few years now for EMDR, DBT, and motivational interviewing. I have experienced a significant degree of trauma in my past and am also working through current obstacles right now and she consistently helps me to strengthen my ability to both process the traumatic experiences in my past while simultaneously supporting me through the challenges I face in the present day.
