This is hands down the worst HOA I have ever lived in. They are intrusive, rude, and will just change the rules in their favor if you ever have an issue with them. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Nothing they offer is worth the cost and living under their thumb
Horrible communication and super rude HOA. Say they are allowed to change the rules whenever they want, ok that’s not what we asked? Idc if you want to rub in my face some type of authority that’s fine but at least communicate over it!! Ridiculous for no reason and very expensive.
