New in the neighborhood, had an event need it neck shave which doesn't, also my hair lines... he used clippers lowest... He shakes and didn't feel what he was doing at all... place needs remodeling or cleaning. Price for full cut is $19 & up... is posted. Less than 3 minutes was on my way out. Charge $12 I gave Ross "the Barber " $15. End up asking my daughter to do it.
