Watched as a driver shifted, lane to lane, after flying (up a steep grade) up behind a Mini-Cooper and got so close, I couldn't even see the car in front if the truck anymore. Driver slammed on his brakes and whipped into the far left lane, almost running SUV off the road. Driver continued to drive in far left lane, despite the signs that clearly mark that lane in that stretch of I77 Northbound as off limits to tractor trailers. He did settle down after he saw me taking pics and video of his VERY unsafe driving.
