Mr. Yancey presented a very professional Construction Agreement and it was very clear that he had listened to what we had told him we wanted when the project was completed, unlike several other contractors we had bid on the job. It was a pleasure working with Larry Yancey. He always returned my phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. He was always on time and kept me informed every step of the way. He is a very thorough thinker, takes the project seriously and gives good advice.. I would definitely recommend Stony Point Construction.

Larry Yancy and company helped me design and build a new quality modern kitchen matching the existing architecture in my 1920's home. This was a huge project for our humble home --- it began with foundation work and a complete makeover from floor to ceiling. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Stony Point has also renovated our three bathrooms and made out home very comfortable. I will call Stony Point for any future work.
Stony Point Construction remodeled our Master Bath and a second bath. We liked the work list he provided and the details of all costs. Larry came everyday to supervise and check on the work. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of his sub-contractors. Larry worked diligently to ensure the work was completed in a timely fashion.
