I wasn't there for a retreat, but I loved the campus and really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, the food, the Free Trade Shop and other featured areas. It rained about half the time I was there and the rain just made it more beautiful. I found it to be sooooooooo much better than a big commercial hotel. I'd stay at Stony Point or a similar establishment 10 times out of 10.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Gilmore Sloane Manor. The place was amazing!! Breakfast was delicious. The place is so relaxing and the staff is so nice! Would def go back!
This place is such a treasure. Great food, spotless, kind people, and warm and comfortable. I'll be going back for every trip to the Stony Point area.
