Dave came out and did an amazing job on the furnace and duct cleaning in our vacant home and never left a trace that he was there aside from his sticker on the furnace :) but he went over and above the call of duty and is a life saver for it. He recognized that the furnace was making a buzzing sound out of the ordinary and tried resetting it. Super friendly, professional and explained the procedure. He also gave great tips on cooling the house during the summer. Dave and his helper were fantastic!
The owner came to our residence and spent an hour explaining the systems and possible issues related to why our A/C isn't working properly. He then determined that cleaning our ducts wouldn't likely fix the problem and that we weren't due for a cleaning for another year. We very much appreciated his honesty and integrity, most companies would have probably convinced us to get the cleaning done now regardless. Dave was extremely thorough and explained how the vents should placed in new homes. He counted all the vents and with the air conditioning explained the cost breakdown. He even replaced/removed some filters for me. I highly recommend this local business!
