Staff assaulted paying customer with a shovel. On 3/15/25 I witnessed a staff member hit a customer in the head with a shovel after the customer had a complaint about their car. The customer stumbled to the ground . When the customer got up, their head was bleeding profusely. I had to leave. I did not get my car washed nor a refund after asking.

They charge $27 for inside out and I understand but if you make the price and I pay it, I expect a good job not a half ass one! They lucky I was tired of being in there fresh off work waiting over an hour because they in there playing and talking and they still didn't do what I paid for.

I was at this Car wash on Stony Island of Chicago ,IL.for more than 2 1/2 hours for a wash. They had to go over my vehicle more than twice because my vehicle wasn’t clean on the outside. I’m dissatisfied with their services. I will not be returning to that hand Car wash ever again. I choose not to send in a photo, it’s not worth the disgrace of sharing in my opinion. I would not want to waste any one’s else’s precious time as well who maybe interested. This was my first time and very last👎🏾.

The carwash I received after waiting an hour was subpar at best. The windows are streaked, there is water still dripping down the doors and the interior was not properly vacuumed.

You can go to the 5$ machine wash and get better results, and save yourself some time and money. The employees half clean your vehicle, than have an attitude when you point out the things they didn't do. This place uses cheap towels for the wash and wipe down witch is unacceptable for the prices that they charge. I suggest that you go somewhere else if you pay attention to detail, and really want your vehicle cleaned the right way.
