Great service , great price
I paid for the highest level of car wash. Pictured here are only the exterior, understand, the interior was worse than this. I complained. I was met with indifference and asked to come back in again, but an hour had passed and I needed to leave. They said I could come back the next day, but I am Disabled and couldn’t invest anymore time to this.
I will never in my life come here again they are overpriced. My Tesla truck was still dirty when I Left do not Waste your time here My truck was still dirty inside and out. I wish I could give them zero stars. But still on my windshield in the inside, so you know they did not clean the windows. Good picture is posted.
I will not be back at all. I paid for them to partially clean my car. I’m not sure if it matters the day or time but honestly it shouldn’t. The workers were lazy and half cleaned my car. There is no way my carpet should still be dirty, my back seat still dirty like what did yall clean exactly? It was a half ass job point blank period.
Put scratches and dents in my front passenger door and denied it, even though I checked my car before going in. He kept insisting I was wrong and that they didn’t do it. You don’t even wash the cars, so how can you really know what was or wasn’t done? I will never go back. While I can’t tell you not to patronize, I do encourage you to be cautious. To wait an hour and then have your concern dismissed is unacceptable and unprofessional.
