I don't think I've ever had a better experience at a dental office before. They got me in for an emergency appointment despite not being a current patient. They took me the same day, explained everything to me step by step, took time to keep me calm. Explained both my options and gave estimates for both treatment choices. My wife and I have been going to Doctor Cichon and his staff for going on 30 years. Excellent dentist with very compassionate caring attitude. Our children go along with our grandchildren. Wonderful gentle dentist!
I am not a big fan of dental visits and have been with many practices over the years. Stony Dental is by far the most professional and caring group I've been to. I had a dental implant placed (my second) and all went as smooth as could be expected. My experience was far more positive than my first (done elsewhere). More modern technology is utilized. Awful. Sat for two hours only to have the secretary then say well this will be denied by insurance. Incompetent staff.
