Working out with Matt is an absolute pleasure. He is full of energy and always has a smile on his face, which makes things fun and gives you something to look forward to. I have been training with Dave for more than a year now and can’t say enough about how great he is. I’ve worked with a number of different trainers over the years and Dave is definitely one of the best. He is patient, consistent, motivating and very mature for his age.
