Very disappointing! No one checks patients records prior to the procedure (especially it took 3months to get all approvals from insurance since visit) to verify whether it can be done or not. It was done ON THE DAY of the procedure while we were in the office and no one wanted to take blame for it. We were told it can not be done, at the moment when all preparations were done: hungry (can not eat before), skipped your medication, got someone to drive you and take care after, stressed prior the procedure and many more.
