All of the providers and receptionists are so lovely and knowledgeable- I'm very grateful to have found this practice.
Called about becoming a new patient and was told by a rude woman that they were not taking any patients at the moment, followed by her immediately hanging up. You’d think someone in this line of work would want to help people, but that’s not easy when you’re a miserable person.
I recently had my initial New Patient Visit ar Stony Brook Primary Care, and I was absolutely blown away by how knowledgeable, supportive, friendly, and understanding everyone was! From the nurse practitioner who conducted my visit, to the receptionist and the office manager, everyone was so helpful! I was able to get an appointment that worked for me quickly, schedule a followup, and get all of my questions answered right away.
