I went on a hunt with Stony Brook this fall. While the food was good, accommodations were reasonable and everyone was very nice, when booking the hunt in the spring, I spoke with Bob about success rates and he said they average 85% success, which is defined as an opportunity to harvest a bear. While I understand it’s hunting and not killing, only 2 of the 7 bait hunters fired their weapons and I never saw a bear in 5 days. They treat people horribly and they don't know what's going on. Avoid this miserable outfit.

Bob and Jay provided a perfect bear trip! This is a well run operation the proof is in the results.

Great outfitter, this was my first hunt with them and I'm definitely going back. We did the spring bear hunt in new brunswick, and 4 out of 5 guys harvested bears. Very happy with the entire experience, Bob & Jaye Parker and their guides are awesome.

Booked a hunt in 2019. I was on my stand for a total of 40 minutes. Got a 157 lbs male black bear. Steve, my guide was GREAT. My hunting experience was cut short, but I had a great time. I help my guide put out bait the rest of the week. We had 19 hunters and ended the week with 16 bears. IF YOU WANT A HUNT OF A LIFE TIME. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. THANKS SHONEY BROOK LYMAN NEWTON
