OMG! It takes over 20 minutes to get a person on the phone. They say they are under staffed. STONY BROOK MEDICINE hire more staff!!! UPDATE: Seems like they hired more staff making the wait time not great but reasonable. So I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.
