I needed multiple MRIs done. When I scheduled it, I spoke to Ashley. She was absolutely wonderful and pleasant and when I needed 4 separate exams, she made them all in one day for me- which I very much appreciated. She made the appointment making process painless. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the technicians in the back ( I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were absolutely wonderful - kind, caring and empathetic. Just had a CT scan done everybody in the place was excellent from the reception desk to tec doing the CT scan great place to go friendly people
The smoothest MRI experience I've ever had. Ed was my tech and he did an exceptional job. Highly recommend!
The front desk and nursing staff were amazing! They were compassionate, caring and took their time out to explain things thoroughly to me. Thank you all !
I would never recommend this place, starting with the reception, they are not educated, they do not know how to treat patients. I was recently in this place and I was most disappointed. In short, I will say that they are the worst thing I have visited. I had an appointment the day before, they called to confirm and when I arrived They didn't even respond to the greeting and without giving an explanation they said your appointment was canceled, this is playing with the time and health of the patients.
