I was disappointed with how my privacy was handled. After a visit, the office contacted a family member regarding a charger and informed him that I had been at the practice. I had not expected my personal information or presence at the office to be shared. This experience left me concerned about patient privacy.

Appointments are nonexistent ! God forbid you have a problem, it will not get diagnosed for a long time because they never can get their patients an appointment in a timely manner and they do not work with you in case of an emergency and then they have the nerve to tell you, “ Our doctors are very popular, sorry” as if telling you, you’re not as important. I would not recommend this practice at all.

I have received excellent care from the doctors here for the past 4 years that I've been a patient. They have overseen two of my pregnancies. Dr. Wellischar delivered my most recent baby, and Dr. Van Sise delivered a baby for me a few years ago. Both were amazing. I switched to this practice after a bad experience elsewhere, and the doctors here listened to me and totally helped put me at ease, even taking the time to see last minute me with concerns after a miscarriage. Came here as a 47 year old perimenopausal woman to get some hormone replacement therapy. I was made to feel humiliated and gaslit to think I was wrong. The clinicians clearly are not trained in the newest information to treat women and are going off of old data and studies. They will gaslight you to believe you will get breast cancer and die from a stroke before they write you a script for estrogen.
