Very unpleasant emergency visit , nurses were rude and when I was leaving one of the nurses says "looks like u had a rough night" I couldn't believe what I just heard !!! As a professional health care workers why would you every think that would be okay to say to a patient leaving the er!! Do u know why I was in the ER and what I just went through!! No you have no clue . Very unprofessional to say the least!!

Went to the ER for a bee sting. In terms of communication, it felt like they were quick to assume, lacked empathy, and at times were gaslighting. One of the women providing care couldn’t find the bee sting and brought this up several times, even though my husband found it within seconds and I woke up this morning and it’s huge and swollen.
