We had to take our young son to the Stoney Brook Emergency Department, East Hampton, when he developed croup and began having some difficulty breathing. From the moment we arrived, we were met with compassion, kindness, and genuine concern. One woman was very nice. The people in the general care part were incredibly condescending, rude and also not completely honest. To have this little care for a patient in excruciating pain is sad.

Nice, clean, fast paced staff and results BUT NO VENDING MACHINE OR ANY FOOD OPTIONS!!!! Try being stuck there for hours in pain and then added hunger

One of the most beautiful ERs I’ve ever seen and Doctor Gold (who is only there a few times a month) was one of the most amazing Doctors we have ever encountered! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was kind and gentle with a terrific bedside manner! Please please keep this gem of a Doctor! Im sad to see sone negative reviews and we were hesitant to go bc of them but our experience was a 100/10!
