The most overpriced company in THE ENTIRE AREA. $1500 in taxes and “fees” for a week long stay. They wanted $550 FOR A CLEANING FEE. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you will find just as nice of rentals for much better prices.
We are getting ready to list our cabin for rentals with these guys because they seem to have it dialed in. Management and housekeeping spent time with me explaining the things they do to make guests feel special. I was impressed with the professionalism and they seem to really care about their guests. They are small with around 100 cabin rentals but are staffed to handle things in a personal and professional manner.
When we got there we did not have working WiFi. Rhonda did give us a refund for the WiFi. She was very kind. We woke up the next morning covered in head to toe with bed bug bites all over my sister in law. When we took a shower upstairs, the ceiling down stairs started leaking and looked like it was going to fall. They did get an exterminator to come and confirm that it was bed bugs. We stayed at Serenity Studio and never wanted to leave. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary watching movies by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, and hanging out downtown. When we first arrived to the cabin, we saw Stony Brook had left us an anniversary card & gift! Downtown, we enjoyed Speedwerks Exotic Car Experience, Moonshine Mountain Coaster, Jason Aldean Rooftop Bar, and shopping. While driving, we saw a mama bear and her two cubs crossing the road! We stayed in the Scenic Solitude cabin and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything was super clean and exceeded our expectations. The staff was so nice and was easy to reach when needed. The hot tub was not working at one point on our last night and they got maintenance out within 20-30 minutes to get it fixed. He was also very nice and quick to figure out the problem and got it running again for us. Kitchen was stocked full with kitchenware.
