Highly do not recommend. If A/C goes out, they are in no rush to have it fixed and will tell you A/C is a luxury and not a necessity while you have a small child in a hundred degree cabin in the middle of July.

Our family just spent time at the stony brook cabins "The Grand Orchard Lodge" this June the week end of Juneteenth 2026. This cabin had more than enough space for our family and friends totaling 34 ppl. It was well equiped with all the basics items we needed. The staff did responded in a timely matter when we did have any problem that arise. There were some items that was not working we had a few outlet plugs near the stove that was not working. I booked the Emerald & Evergreen cabin (7 day stay) specifically for the amenities such as the pool, theater (tiny flat screen, not theater sized, and lost remote that we found on day 4), game room & washer/dryer. Had to call maintenance to fix dryer on day 3 (3 cycles of 50 minutes no heat, (maintenance came and repaired on day 4). We did NOT get to use the pool at all! There were 8 of us staying in the 12 person, 6 bedroom Emerald and Evergreen cabin. The cabin was spacious and had lots of room. We arrived exactly at 4:00, our check-in time only to be told the cleaning crew was still cleaning because the prior renters left the cabin so messy. We were only offered a later check-out to compensate the delayed check-in. Has nice amenities... On the surface. Let's start with the good. Well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub, and cabin overall is clean and has welcoming decor, furniture and beds are comfortable and WI-FI is good. Now for the bad. Infested with bugs every morning there would be dozens of millipedes on the floor and when I was on the toilet a house centipede dropped from the ceiling and nearly scared me to death.
