The Conmen ,Good at Stealing Worst of Worst Mechanics of Stonybrook, Setauket, located opposite the Fire Dept , CAUTION.....They Steal peoples NEW Car Parts and Replace with older parts ,replace Customers new tires with old tires , Please Donot trust this Mechanic by all means ,most of the 5 star Review ratings are Fake..!! Please put a spy Camera ,under your Car to see, how they steal your Car Parts ,This matter of MAL PRACTICE is being reported to the Town ,Investigation is on..

Look no farther than Stony Brook Automotive at Shell where brothers, Joe and Deyaa, literally take care of everything you could possibly need. My daughter was a student at Stony Brook and her FJ Cruiser needed a scheduled service. I also had a list of repairs I wanted them to look at that Toyota had said the FJ needed. I was thrilled to learn that Joe was a Stony Brook graduate and he provided a discount for students. This is my first time writing google review because I had such a pleasant experience! Joe and his crew were all very professional and attentive! They took care of my tire very quickly because I had to get back to work (but they also offer ride if its around the area), and did not charge anything extra! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto shop, they will not disappoint you!!!

HONEST HONEST HONEST. They would not take my money because the repairs would cost more than the value of my car and the money that I had on hand to fix it. They still insisted on giving me a surgical overview of every part of my car that needs repairs with estimates on costs. I now feel empowered as I begin making tough decisions. They told me that they are there for me to have future cars inspected as I start looking at better used cars to buy. 100% positive experience. So grateful.
