Got told to get a ct scan because of lower back pain and didn’t get the right information I needed to book an appointment and when I called this office to get it the person had no idea what I was talking about and when I tried to book another one they said it needed to be authorized so now I’m have to wait a week and a half to get the ct scan. Could’ve had results by now and had it done days ago but that sadly isn’t happening. Avoid this location at all costs and go to the lake grove or smithtown office!

This was my first time bringing my daughter. The waiting room was clean and the check in was a breeze. We went in for a physical and the doctor was amazing! We had been at the previous doctor's office since her birth so was definitely anxious about seeing a new doctor but she definitely didn't disappoint.

I have always had all my dealings with Loretta and I’ve always requested her for anything I’ve ever needed from the doctor. Being I have a disabled son since birth there are a lot of times things are needed and sometimes you come across messages that are left that get lost and every single time I’ve left messages with Loretta she has always promptly and proficiently delivered. this doctor’s office is the first pediatric care I’ve had for my children that every time I go in there they make me feel like we are a patient not a number the front office girls, Loretta, Audrey and ANAYAH Always go above and beyond beyond to make sure that everything we needed is taken care of. Every doctor we’ve ever seen there listens to what Symptoms my children have and don’t just brush them off.
