Hi, I wanted to leave some feedback regarding our recent experience. The surgery itself was excellent and the medical staff were fantastic my wife was very well looked after throughout the procedure and recovery process. Unfortunately, our experience at reception with Dawn was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, she came across as rude and not very welcoming, which made an already stressful day feel more uncomfortable.
