Had car break down in Franklin on way up north. They came highly recommended and the are by me too. Picked up car quickly after calling and had the car fixed the next morning and ready for me to go. Thank you for your great service
Amazing service! I got stranded on a road trip with an overheating engine and got my car here. They looked at it immediately, refilled my coolant, and made sure nothing else was wrong. Then sent me on my way, free of charge! Truly a life saver that day. If my car ever breaks down on I-65 in this part of the country again, I’d be back there in an instant.
Granting a 2 here because the dispatcher was at least nice. However, they did not even attempt to provide the service they agreed to. They accepted a job contracted through AAA for a lockout, 5 hours later they still didn’t show up keeping me awake until 3am for absolutely nothing. If you can’t do a job don’t agree to it.
Great experience, the mechanic diagnosed my vehicle and repaired as needed. I highly recommend Stonies Auto!!!
