Excellent. Tech reviewed the problem, checked for warrantee coverage (which had expired), and gave us alternatives to correct the problem. Used them in the past and would use them again.
As usual, the service was exceptional -- and during the visit pointed out other areas in need of attention. The professionalism of the staff was also exceptional.
Great service. Someone responded on a Sunday when all the pipes in my house froze. They replaced them the next day and I had water that evening. The owner even called me from out of town on Sunday to tell me what to do, and what my options were.
