We had two emergencies at our office bathroom. Stong team did a great job. Quick response and great service. Will be using again.
I have been using Strong for about 5 or 6 years. ALWAYS polite, proffesional and accomodating. From scheduling to arrival times to explaining what is needed and most of all, giving me options. My highest recommendation to Strong Plumbing.
I don't know what all the negative reviews are of Stong Plumbing. I had a faucet issue in the master bath. Called them on a Thursday and Gina said someone would be out on Monday at 8 a.m. And at 8 a.m. on Monday Grayson showed up, explained what needed to be done and said he could do it on Thursday and it would take about 3 hours. On Wednesday, Gina called to say he'd be there at 8 a.m. on Thursday and, again, Grayson was there at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday with all the tools needed to do the job. I had a pipe break between the garbage disposer and wall. I am in the 5th floor of a high rise condo, and it is the owner's responsibility. Stong's team responded immediately, gave me a reasonable window of expectation for the tech to arrive, properly check in at the management office, assess the situation, and bring in all tools necessary for the repair. It was done in the time frame expected, the work was excellent, Grayson the tech was personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend this company.
Experts in their field and professional in every way. The owner and his team are responsive, detail oriented, and broadly knowledgeable. We had water in the basement resulting from a broken underground drain pipe, which they both diagnosed and replaced. The work was extensive, including removing and returning landscape pavers, doing a little grading, and more, that exceeded the “typical” scope of plumbing.
