They try to manage this place from Michigan by a lady who acts like hitler when she comes to town , they raise the rent yearly . They don’t abide by their own rules , no pit bulls aloud , well that’s a lie my dog and the neighbors dog were attacked by the other neighbors pit . They strung me along for a year for a mobile home to purchase-finally when home is ready they inform me I have to rent/lease the home-they would not sell it to me. I am on a fixed income and had $$ to outright buy it-now I can’t even rent it because you have to make 3 times the monthly rent a month to qualify. They knew their policy yet did not inform me a head of time. Now after waiting a year I have no where to go and have to start all over on home search.
