This place is all about image. When you tour the place they really talk it up. And they act so caring. All they care about is money. The management is HORRIBLE! The administrator has no idea what s going on. The DON is a manipulating bully. Don t be fooled by her charming, understanding smile. She does not care one bit about the residents or her nurses. She bullies and then fires her nurses, just to hire brand new (cheap) nurses that get no training. Which can compromise resident care. The DON is just very unprofessional in ... read more
As a former nursing staff member I can honestly say under no circumstances would I place one of my loved ones at this facility.There is a very high turn over rate here for nurses which directly effects the quality of care the residents recieves.The Director of Nursing position has also been a unstable position for some time now with much turmoil connected to that postion.Until that facility gets its act together I would suggest looking elsewhere if placement is needed for one of your loved ones...just food for thought.
