Lacie and nurses are great. The office staff however is the most incompetent group of medical professionals ever. Don't waste your time here.
Do NOT see Dr. Steffes or go to this practice! The office ignores messages through the patient portal when you are sick and trying to book an appointment online. Then when you get an appointment for being sick they don’t even check your temperature and you have to fight to get antibiotics!
Difficult to get an appointment and hard to get ahold of the doctors. 2 weeks of sending portal messages and calling /leaving messages for the doctor regarding a prescription refill that is now expired because they refuse to respond! You’re just a number here, clearly they don’t care about your health if they’re willing to let a major medication go empty and don’t respond to messages.
I appreciate Dr. Steffes caring about me as a patient and continuing to help me find the right treatment options. Plus the front office staff is very friendly and the wait time is not too long.
