I would not have my mother anywhere else. The facility is owned by a West Monroe family and they only have this one facility. This place is soooooo clean. I just love it!
I would not have my mother anywhere else. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable of Alzheimer's care. The home is so clean. Plenty of activities for her.
Great place for my father. Clean, good food. plenty of outside space.
My siblings and I chose this facility for our mother. She does not have memory problems, and this is a home for Alzheimer's residents, however we were initially impressed with the facility and the owners. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed with almost all aspects of her care. We felt very misled, as many of the things that we were promised were either "forgotten," turned out to be "liabilities," or just phased out.
