I had to leave my senior Aussie with the boarding at Stoney Pointe as he now has a neuro condition and can’t travel much. They were great about asking about his limitations, anything to look out for, making sure he got his meds, but more than that, they took time to make sure he could get out in a way that worked for him! He was so well cared for, and given we were already a bit anxious about having to board him without his brother for the first time due to his condition, this helped so much. Zero communication. I have tried calling for 3 weeks now, and have left 2 voicemails requesting a call back. I am trying to make a follow up appointment for my dog. I’d LOVE to use their online system, but it will not let me. It will only let me make day-of appointments and there is never anything available day-of. Why give me the option to make the appointment online if it won’t work? Why not return phone calls? Bad communication, unfortunately. Do not recommend.
