Will not go back... this used to be a decent place to go: to bring my bmw to.... not only did the machine not do anything except bend my mirrors back... there was no one to wipe down the car after the drier didn't do anything and the vacuums were 1.00 each, maybe they'd give it for free after a "the works" car wash... i didn't have time to check... but the machine absolutely sucks...
DO NOT USE CAR WASH on LASSEN and TOPANGA! Two times in a row the wash stopped with soap all over. Two times I had to get out with my kids in the car. I asked for a refund. He kept telling me” what do you want me to do, it’s not my fault, it’s the machine.” His attitude and arrogance was over the top. He wanted me to drive through a third time so he could rinse it.
