Receptionist cut me off before I could finish speaking. Then hung up. Very rude.
I've had negative experiences with the receptionist just like everyone else but I've also had a couple good ones so I'm guessing it depends on who answers the phone that day. I had to cancel my daughter's last appointment and unfortunately it was very close to the start of the appointment time , my daughter was extremely sick and had been feeling a bit better that morning but she has a chronic health condition and upon trying to walk over there she was having an extremely hard time. I’d love to give a negative review. The receptionist was so rude to me and I see on Google, this is a pattern. I contacted the CPSO to make a complaint. They said the best course of action is to write a complaint to the office’s manager.
My daughter had a chronic condition - I made repeated attempts to get an appointment. Their voicemail rudely tells you not to leave more than one message, or your calls will be ignored. I left 5 messages over 6 weeks and didn’t get a single call back.
