I've had negative experiences with the receptionist just like everyone else but I've also had a couple good ones so I'm guessing it depends on who answers the phone that day. I had to cancel my daughter's last appointment and unfortunately it was very close to the start of the appointment time , my daughter was extremely sick and had been feeling a bit better that morning but she has a chronic health condition and upon trying to walk over there she was having an extremely hard time. I’d love to give a negative review. The receptionist was so rude to me and I see on Google, this is a pattern. I contacted the CPSO to make a complaint. They said the best course of action is to write a complaint to the office’s manager.
My daughter had a chronic condition - I made repeated attempts to get an appointment. Their voicemail rudely tells you not to leave more than one message, or your calls will be ignored. I left 5 messages over 6 weeks and didn’t get a single call back.
Dr Li is one of the best doctors I've ever had care with, but the reception staff here are so horrible to patients. They are always unbelievably rude and short in every single interaction I've had with them. They'll tell you wrong times and dates for appointments and then yell at you for not knowing when appointments are. I feel very uncomfortable calling the office, which actually doesn't even matter because they never pick up the phone or call you back. Sadly can't get through to office as been put on hold twice now and can't email within Childs cancellation of appointment as appointment was 2:30 and now changed to 12:30 with asking ,but sadly on awkening she is just to ill with flu to come in and don't want to be considered a no show ,as trying to resedupe but wow they just hung up up now on me . I e tried three times now ,so this is only way to prove I tried to contact
