I had such a great experience with Dr. Sanovic and his team. I was preparing to move and was worried about my retainers, but they went out of their way to accommodate me and get me in before I left. Dr. Sanovic was thorough, professional, and reassuring, making sure everything looked perfect and that I felt confident moving forward. The staff is always kind, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the extra effort and highly recommend this office!
Absolutely awful experience. I disclosed my disability and service dog before booking the appointment specifically so I wouldn’t waste my time if it was going to be an issue. Reception assured me it would be fine. The consultation itself was shockingly dismissive. He barely engaged in any real discussion and quickly shut down the entire reason I came in. Dr. Serge Sanovic is an excellent pediatric dentist! My child was experiencing some pain, and Dr. Sanovic was kind enough to take us in at the earliest possible appointment.
