I went to the clinic at 1:10 PM I left the clinic at 3:15 PM just for a doctors note. Staff were talking to each other and not coming in and checking in with On their patients, After waiting more than two hours the doctor finally came’s in to see me, Just to let me know that she can’t give me the doctors note because she didn’t see me that day. STAY CLEAR!!! I usually don't do this but I think everyone needs to know to stay clear of this place. The doctors & pharmacists that attended to me were nice but they made me spend hundreds of dollars in doctors visits and made me do a stack of tests and I was never able to get the results for each tests. I had to do my own follow up with the centers I did my tests. The test centers all told me that they've sent my results to the clinic a long-time ago through the fax number they provided. I got to the clinic at 6:45 pm on Jul 2 after confirming they were still open online and the signage at the door read "Open." However, the receptionist refused to attend to me claiming they were closed since 6:30 pm. There was no place this information was made public whether in their office or online. This was also strange because this was not the first time I came to the clinic at about that time in the past and I was assured that as long as you stepped in through the doors before 7pm, you will be attended to.
