I’ve never written a bad review before so this was super awkward :( the office is super nice once you get there, but I must admit I am exceptionally frustrated with their administration team. I assume they’re overworked and understaffed so it’s not their FAULT but I shouldn’t have to call 9-20 times in a row just to make an appointment. :( they should have a digital calendar I can book with. I was skeptical about the negative Google Reviews. Well, today, I got one of my own. After almost 2 years of searching, last April (2024) I was informed by this clinic that, dropping the patient intake forms for my family, we'd be accepted as patients of Dr. Brett Hill. Everyone knows the actual health situation in our country, so, for the sake of having a name to right down on forms, we did.
