Friendly staff. Large clean rooms. Beautiful building and lot looks great! Warm cozy resort feel with fireplaces hot tub and swim under indoor/outdoor pool. Large dining room area for free breakfast. Loved the pancake machine and biscuits and gravy. Our room was close to the pool area, futness center, and ice machine, but didnt noitice any extra noise inside the room. Edit again. We really like the hotel, but this stay was a real disappointment. They gave us the wrong room which was an easy fix. Unfortunately the bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner bodles were empty. The next day they were supposed to be refilled which they weren't. There was a rip in the carpet and stains from drinks on the furniture. The ceiling light was constantly blinking. Overall a very nice place. Very clean and the decorations are not like any other you've seen in any other hotel. The meeting and convention rooms are huge and palatial. I've never seen a room, but was told they are very accommodating and comfortable. It's a newer hotel. And those I know personally have not complained of their stay here. If nothing else get a room, go take pics(*the decor is sooo cool*), go swimming. It's close to the highway, eating and shopping. Thank me later!
The room we were in had several cosmetic flaws. The air vents were also broken and sticking up. It was fine overall but the more you looked the worse it got. Everything you need and expect in a room is there. TV was nicer than the hotel minimum you usually find. The dresser drawers were stuck on each other so it was very difficult to get in and out of them. Out room didn't have Wi-Fi to use because "we were to far away from their signal". We got a hotel room to take our girls swimming for the night.. everything was really clean and the staff was just awesome. We enjoy it very much and our girls just love going there to swim! Thank you all very much for the stay and Merry Christmas.
