Unable to step out on balcony due to improper maintenance. Whirlpool was not working. Did not honor the group rate, called twice about this matter and was told I would receive a call back. Never received call back and never refunded the amount owed. I will take this review down after I am reimbursed the amount of money I was charged extra due to not receiving group rate.
Clean rooms. Nice location.
Booked this hotel to stay overnight after our trip to Worlds of Fun. It was a nicely decorated hotel. Price was great as well. Definitely will come back to stay again.
