Rooms were a little expensive but the conference venue was nice. Stayed at the Hilton down the street for half the cost

The front desk staff was short and rude when checking in. Also is you leave anything behind do not expect to get it back or get a call back in a timely manner. Called four times and finally got a call back. Worst Bass Pro property I have stayed at. I would recommend looking at a different place to stay.
Very nice hotel at a surprisingly beautiful location for a reasonable price with easy access to dining and the interstate. Loved the one mile loop trail around the lake behind the hotel. The room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the bar. We stayed 4 nights while sightseeing around Kansas City. Wifi was unfortunately nonexistent.
