I cannot recommend this place more. I had a filling fall out, which was causing me a lot of discomfort. I was able to call them, and book the same day. After seeing them, they had completely fixed this problem. On top of that, there staff went out of their way to make sure I would get the best possible coverage from my insurance, making my out of pocket payment as little as possible. They just found a customer for life. It really does show when people love what they do, excellent job from everyone there!
The dentists and hygienists are great, but admin is where the disconnect is. I've read similar comments in other posts. When booking, I specifically asked them to run it through insurance to check the fee first, noting that I would wait longer if needed for full coverage. They assured me they checked insurance and that the appointment would be fully covered by insurance during booking, but then after the appointment they send me a bill.
The hygienists are great, but the admin staff keep canceling my family's appointments. Sometimes it's because of staff availability, which I get, but today it was because a few days ago we scheduled an appointment for today but then didn't confirm it? What's that about? We just made the appointment. Why do we have to subsequently confirm the appointment a day or two later? We work for a living and adjust our schedules for these appointments well in advance. This dentist is wonderful. I just recently moved from my last dentist and I feel so much more understood here! I have major anxiety about the dentist and they are so understanding, always offering breaks, always asking if I'm okay, and overall just make me feel seen. Other dentists have gotten annoyed at this because it can take extra time and I acknowledge that but these dentists did not make me feel like an inconvenience at all which I really appreciated.
