Worst decision I ever made was going to this office for a tooth ache, they’re complete scammers and will push you to get procedures you don’t need just for the money. When you try to cancel appointments they will ignore your cancellation requests and once it finally gets approved they’ll try to force you to reschedule regardless of the reasoning of the cancellation. They don’t care about anything other than the money.
I visited Stoney Creek Family Dental for an implant consultation, and they received me incredibly well. The entire team truly cares, they were supportive, welcoming, and explained every detail of how the procedure will work. You can tell they’re experts at what they do, from their knowledge to the high-end equipment they use. It’s one of those places where their actions speak for themselves.
