The service was excellent and highly professional.
Very disappointed with our experience. My son’s insurance did not cover the full amount, but we were not informed about the coverage limitations beforehand. We only found out afterward. When we tried to discuss the situation, the management was very rude and unhelpful. No one seemed to clearly explain or know what benefits were covered by the insurance. I can't recommend Stoney Creek Family Dental enough- 5 stars! I went to a different clinic and had a root canal procedure half completed as a pulpectomy. The root canal became infected. 2 round of antibiotics and 15 days later I called Stoney Creek Family Dental with a swollen and hot face. Within 2 hours of calling- my infected tooth has been pulled and my insurance has been billed directly. I can not say enough how satisfied I am with my treatment. I finally have relief!
