Stoney Creek dental clinic is a great place. Everyone is very welcoming and nice staff.
Front desk staff (Stephanie) is incredibly rude and condescending, and when called on the attitude and bully like behaviour she becomes hostile. She should not be working in an environment that faces the public, let alone in the medical field. The other desk staff (Kristen and Reet I believe), dentist, dental assistant (Andrea), and hygienist (Maddy) were all extremely professional, thorough, welcoming, and caring in all steps. We visited the clinic for the first time and our visit with doctor Bilal went perfect. He was very empathetic and polite. Listened to all our concerns and listed all the options to us. Also, suggested the best course of action.
I've brought my daughter for dental appointment, and Doctor Hogan along with his assistant, provided exceptional service and effort. The clinic was clean, inviting, and we were all met with friendly and helpful staff members there. Will definitely recommend this to anyone!
